Noah’s Vietnamese Fusion Cuisine

We have been on the lookout for a new go-to pho place and we found it! We came here on my son's bday and despite being a picky 9 year old, he fell in love! My hubby is also a bit picky about his pho and he also fell in love. I'm not a pho girlie but I was stoked to find shaking beef, my fave. We can't wait to come back here many times. only negative... being located Merced while we reside in Turlock, quite rude.

Best Pho in Merced my waitress Emily V was really kind, amazing, and really knows how to serve people. Best Vietnamese restaurant in the 209. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This is my favorite restaurant in Merced, I’ve been coming here for 10 years. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is homey and comfortable. Plus, it’s a great deal. I often get the vermicelli rice noodle bowl 👍🏼 Thank you, Noah’s!

I dined here with my boyfriend today and this is by far the best pho place I’ve ever had in my entire life trying different pho places around the 209. This place is very clean and spacious, the food was amazing and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Great atmosphere and music as well as amazing staff and service. Overall 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Will be coming again. I rarely make reviews for places but I had to for this one for how great it is. Also it’s very affordable!! we got two pho bowls for about 21 dollars

I had a sandwich 3 days in a row last week, the pork and the chicken sandwich are highly recommended and the customer service always amazing, the girl in the front always welcoming absolutely love it

No flavor besides ginger never again will my family and I go again, we ordered a side broth that tasted like water, ordered 2 phos with no flavor besides ginger which made it very sweet, Mind you my oldest daughter and I put 3-4 huge spoon full of chili oil which wasn’t spicy at all along with a lot of Sriracha, the fresh jalapeños weren’t spicy seeds included. I’ll stick to the original spot we go to on 16th street.

Amazing food! Amazing service!!! our server was the sweetest! We all loved it and the food was ready pretty fast! My 2 year old loved it!!! 20/10 recommend!!!!

Love the food

I don't see why this place is not waaay more busy. Tobstart- yes, the food was excellent. Portions- very good as well. Price point- are you kidding me ? You can actually feed your family without going broke. Says a lot about the heart of the management. Also, just as important as the food, and price point, the service was as it should be. Melissa was an amazing server and host. We really appreciate when people and places like this go out of their way to make dining out a great experience. Thank you again to them. More people come! Yummy food, great service, good price

We finally tired this spot in Merced ca and it was fire . Dan the man our server was really nice and hooked us up . We had the beef pho , sandwich and the garlic noodles . All really good
