Food was pretty good. Beijing beef is my favorite. The special drinks are too.

I am usually happy with Panda, especially with the generous portion. However, this rime I was sorely disappointed. I ordered a family meal for 5 on christmas eve. Whoever filled the order was quite stingy in the portion. The cartons were so lloosley packed and none of the cartons were filled to the top. I feel like I didn't have enough food for 5.

Just the AI ordering system is kinda confusing. But after all was good.

Missing one of my entrees in my order. Didn't notice it till I got home cus I went through the driver through +having my family waiting hungry for there food to find their order incomplete. This has happened more than once. QuestioIng the level of incompetence at this Panda Express. More like -⭐️'s

It's a Panda Express and it's like every other Panda Express. This one is new currently so it's very clean and tidy and well staffed. I was scared of their AI ordering system and figured it would screw things up but it has been excellent

Very small plates. When we asked if we could get a little more they gave us 2-3 more pieces and charged us extra. The food was bland and orange chicken too acidic.

I ordered a family meal to go about 15 mins before i arrived. I sent my 15 year old in to get my order in which the woman told him “it’s not due for 13 more minutes.” Like what? He’s there! He’s waiting. Who cares when it’s due?!

We have more than one Panda Express' in the town of Merced. The one on Yosemite by the College is most definitely the cleanest, the freshest, and probably the best customer service I would say. Always fair portion size. And the customer service is amazing! Customer service can definitely make or break a place. It can and will determine whether or not I will be visiting a certain location again. In this particular case I drive from one side of town to the other to visit this location. I give it 10 stars! Great job Panda ❤️
