I'm a "frequent flyer" at Panda Express and go to both Merced locations a couple of times a week, and I've done so in the morning, lunch time and early evening. I always walk in and order in real time, never drive thru or via app. That helps avoid "portion shrinkage" and errors. I also always fill out the online feedback form that (there is a link to printed on your receipt) _every single time_.

Employee named Zay was very nice and made our experience better. The food was food but I didn't get very much Beijing beef in my box while my son's box had twice as much. If you are going to cut down on portions at least be consistent. If not for the good customer service I probably would have given a two star rating.

We visited PANDA EXP yosemite ave. This team was super duper busy, but they were really awesome and customer oriented. They were working hard, as demand was high, cooking fast in the background, still communicating well, and serving well. Thank you team. We enjoyed the food and history of Panda Exp too. No parking issues, but this location was very busy, on 21st Oct around 5:15PM. Drive thru and Dine in both busy, but team did great job anyways.
