They will count money at the cash register and head straight to the back to start making pizzas without washing there hand's.. Money is one of the most if not the most dirtiest things in the world you will think they know that being in the food industry . I will be submitting the videos and pictures the the health department.. you have a sink use it after you count the money or wear gloves

I’ve gone in a few times for the buffet & each time disappointed. If they don’t get enough people in they don’t make anything. I understand wanting to save money & not waste but what’s the point if I’m going to pay upwards to 15$ for poor selection of pizza, salad bar that is old & not refilled. Food that’s barely being put out at 12:30. The quality is just not worth eating there, do not recommend.

We recently moved to Merced from Colorado we at at Pzza factory last night and I have to say IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD!! it literally was incredible!! And the girl that was working had the sweetest most sunny bright personality! For sure found out new ONLY pizza place!! Thanks for the great food and wonderful service!!

Ordered online, walked it at pick up time it wasn’t ready. Waited another 10 ish minutes got to my car to check the food they gave me someone’s old pizza in the back that’s was partially eaten. The breadsticks weren’t cooked fully and still doughy. I hate giving bad reviews but this was just nasty and extremely unsanitary… Would have had a little bit of consideration for them had they been busy but they were not. Money was refunded and they remade my order correctly. Last time going here.
Update got home to eat pizza it wasn’t remade they just reheated the origional order I was supposed to recieve.
