So disappointing we were looking forward to enjoying the cheesy bites but did not happened. I ordered through doordash. My pizza did not get any pepperoni, the pizza looks like somebody just put all the scraps(slices) together and the dough is undercooked! I was wondering if they have a newbie making pizza in the kitchen. Sorry but we were a fan of pizza hut but this is bad!

I've been extremely disappointed in Pizza Hut the last few orders. Not so much the quality of the pizza but the service amd experience. This last visit really felt like they have no idea what they are doing. My last visit they were having system issues, the emoloyees weren't rude but they weren't friendly either, they were more or less indifferent. No welcome, no apologies, no sense of urgency or pride. I had to sit around for 20 mintues after my pizza was done waiting for them while my pizza sat in a warmer. By the time i got it home it was luke warm and just wasnt worth the time to complain to the local store. Sadly im a frequent customer, it may be time for my to move to a different pizza place.

So just picked mine up and I'm not impressed. The pizzas looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp even though I had to wait for 5 or so minutes. It looked like they threw the mushrooms on as an afterthought because they were raw.The pizzas were cold and stale and so were the cheese sticks.The boneless wings looked like they had been sitting in their sauce for a while. I'm always telling my kids to get something other than Domino's, but this experience says my kids might be right.

I'm directing this review to the supervisor of this still store. My son,I dine in and the young man was very rude,didn't not know how to speak to us that we're customers. We asked for a menu and he thought on the counter and walking away. He doesn't have respect. He doesn't know how to make cheese sticks,they looked like bread stick, charge us $10.00,they weren't cheese stick. Your employee doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Not sure why you hired this young man. I tried to speak he ignored myself, my son.pizza was over cooked and burned. He doesn't know how to talk. I was very disappointed how he was talking to us.has no skills to work to work in a public establishment.

I went in with my 6 yr ol and 10yr my 6yr old got personal tickets from school and had promised to buy a pizza for his brother. Unfortunately one of tickets were expired i spoke ahead of time Malik to ask if he'll just except one of the expired ticket just so my youngest would feel happy he got his older brother a pizza. Malik he was nice to act on it thank you
