Terrible service! About 30 minutes to be seated, fifteen more until just our drink order was taken which was water because they were out of Saki. This is not the first time we have had such bad service, but we wanted to try again because the food is pretty good. So after waiting yet another 15, we left. We will NEVER frequent this restaurant again. Two thumbs down.

I'm from out of town and the people I came with used to frequent this place but it's been a while. They were all disappointed. The floor was oily and we almost fell. This could've been really bad since 2 of us are disabled. The food wasn't the best. The rice was undercooked. Then they should've used garlic butter. The salad dressing is sweet. Ginger dressing works just fine. They didn't offer us sauce like the traditional teppanyaki places, we had to ask for it. The cook lacked personality and conversation. And they don't give you soup and salad anymore, it's one or the other.

Our first time here. It has been in town for awhile. I had heard all the bad stories about this place. I ordered the shrimp and chicken rice. I do not eat a lot of shrimp, so I asked for no shrimp and replace it for more chicken. The rice came and right away I can smell it is burnt. I am turned off already. My husbands sushi arrives at the table and nice presentation, but a lot of the little dishes were chipped, cracked. Not appealing. We told the server about the rice, she offered to take it back to the chef, and bring out new. I was already soured, and had a bad taste in my mouth. I told her no. My husband said it tasted like the grill is gummy with other foods. The server said well it is Saturday, it will be or he will clean it tonight. She took the rice off our ticket. But still, we won't be returning.

The only thing I would recommend the air conditioning to work better or be turned down! Me and my friends spent over 300 bucks there but couldn't enjoy ourselves because we were dripping in sweat!! Please fix your AC.

Exceptional...super good and very accommodating. Getting car worked on. They shuttled us over 1:55 PM they close at 2 and reopen at 4:30. They'd served us with a smile excellent sushi and we left at 3:40. So kind and smiling.

Really a Great place to eat. Food was very flavorful. A lot to choose from and the cooks and staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like Japanese cuisine. We enjoyed our Chef that cooked for us at our table.
Good quality food. They could work on their service a bit more, but I enjoy the food. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. It's cooked all the way through, but not dry. And I love that their hot and spicy sauce is actually spicy

I come here very often and order the same thing Filet mignon and shrimp with double rice with dynamite sauce and a Jerry's special and it comes out perfect every time. The service here is amazing and the food is pricy but definitely worth it. Usually have to make a reservation because the place is always packed definitely would recommend.

I'd recommend the Rainbow Roll and the Tuna sashimi - it was fresh and delicious. Cost is comparable to other high end sushi restaurants and totally worth it. I've already gone here 3 times and just moved to the area a month ago.
