Food wasn't good at all only thing that was tasty was the machine and cheese but you dont get alot for the price which is a rip off you barely get a small spoon for each for a family of 4 basically ,chicken had no flavor ,dry ,mash potatoes was more gravy then potatoes didn't like how it tasted at all ,biscuits hard as a rock and super dry and they also didn't give us butter 😅 yea we won't be going to Popeyes ever again

Bad service, never trust the Mac and Cheese most of the time it comes out nasty, curdled, and Its one of my favorites! Makes customers wait ridiculously long times while staff barely moves an inch. There were at least 7 people on shift in view, casually doing absolutely nothing. Owners and GMs should be paying attention to bad employees.

I got 12 wings combo and it was good. Coleslaw was veri excellent.

Online order and still got it wrong. Add that the large box now smaller but costs more. The strips were skinny half the normal size in length as well so basically half what it's always been before. They didn't give me the honey bbq wings, instead I got lemon pepper.

The service was slow, they forgot items, the food tasted like old grease, and the fries were inedible. The bathrooms were gross. Drive on and find another place to eat.

Took forever to get my food. Once I got home, I found out they gave me the wrong items. I usually check to make sure I get what I paid for. Shame on me. Plus, the food is over priced, I'll never go there again....

Manager wouldn't use coupons available. When other employees will paid full price only to get 3 wings and a breast when asking for white meat manager is the worst manager I have seen running a restaurant she didn't care if she gets the sale are not treated me like a second class citizen
