Ever since this shop changed ownerships several years ago it has gone downhill. I don’t believe I’ll be coming back!

Ice machine is always empty of ice at the busiest times of the day. Order the number 10 daily special and was charged regular price when I discovered that issue I tried to get my money back in the employee wanted me to just take extra soda and chips. Had to fight for the correct change returned.I don’t believe I’ll be coming back?

Reacently bought lunch from them never again …meat was disgusting like if It had been expired let’s not talk about veggies they had mold spots and the bread was no better with mold in between..the 2 Indian girls are so rude would not exchange or refund me even after showing them how nasty it was ….this place was better and better quality veggies when they had the different employees once they switched it went down hill the lettuce I received was a wet mushy lettuce, the spinach was turning black, the cucumbers were mushy, my wheat bread had white mold spots on it, my potato salad tasted beyond rotten I’m wondering when it expired because it wasn’t even dated so I have no clue

The best sandwiches in town. They are delicious, freshly made and I love the high quality of the ingredients. I always get a good sandwich and experience coming here, The employees are kind. They are truly some of the best sandwiches I’ve had tried.

Sandwich was delicious and cashier was friendly but they had some items out on the floor right next to the soda dispensers.They are lucky i didn't fall,I did however trip over them. I don't understand why they would have stuff like that out and in the way like that

Huge disappointment. They shrunk the size of a small sandwich to 5", yet the price has gone way up. I ordered 3 sandwiches by phone, had to repeat the order 3 times and when I went to pick them up she had made the WRONG sandwiches. I'm wondering if they are under new ownership because they used to make great sandwiches but not anymore. The pastrami was very greasy and not as flavorful as it was previously. Definitely won't be going back

Ordered a bacon ranch wrap, was charged an extra $3.25 for bacon when the wrap COMES with bacon. Didn’t get extra bacon. Talked to Indian female employee , rather than make it right or apologize, she just made excuses and refused to issue refund. Sandwich made by same employee was terrible. Nothing stayed on the sandwich.
Another employee came to speak with us as we were leaving and apologized, as well as offered the refund. I declined and thanked her for trying to make it right.
