So as a manager, as someone who knows restaurant business at a very high level, this place was a joke, there were 3 staff members in the front and every single of them was on their phones, waste of labor and terrible customer service, the employee who was "the manager" was chilling with his friends at a table bragging about how he makes $25 an hour, the staff being cashier were gossiping & being very unprofessional, I hope the owners of this business see this & know they are wasting money.

I’ve been really craving boba, so my partner and I came here. We quickly regretted it. Both of our drinks tasted like there was cleaning product or soap in them. I assumed it was the flavors we got, so I went back and asked if I could get something else. They still charged me a full drink for a remake and it STILL tasted disgusting. My partner and I just ended up throwing both drinks away when we got home. Don’t waste your time. If you want boba go to Em-Tea. They won’t charge you for THEIR MISTAKE.

So I'm a big Taro Fan because that's the only Boba Tea Flavor I've tried lol. I have tasted many Taro Flavors that just have different tastes and there's only one of them that I like. This one isn't bad but it's too milky and not taro-y if that makes any sense. I ordered the Taro Snow and not slush because I thought it'd be the texture I'd but Slush is truly the best form of Taro. I'd rate this Drink a 7/10. Not bad just good. I really love the Taro Milk Tea Slush from EMTea in Merced. It's also big and it's $8 and Quickly's Taro size is bigger and cheaper at $7.30 but the flavor doesn't justify it for me to get it again though. 🙇🫡

The tea at this place is okay enough to enjoy but it is not a true experience of nice tea. If you come here for the usual milk tea Boba, Thai tea, taro milk, etc. You are going to get a generic good tea. But, if you want a good tea that you can modify your own, you won't get much. I ordered a Jazmine tea (something I recommend if you want to know whether a place has nice tea or not) with grapefruit syrup. It didn't taste great but I also didn't want to throw it out. I would say that if you crave Boba and this place is nearby, go for it. But if you want a real good tea, you need to go elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: Some teas can be done without milk if necessary.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, no stairs to get inside the restaurant

This place used to be fantastic—I loved coming here throughout my college years. But lately, it’s gone downhill. I ordered a lightly sweetened iced tea, but they added creamer without even asking. When I questioned it, they claimed it goes in all their drinks, but I’ve ordered plain iced tea here many times before without any additions. The employee didn’t even offer to remake it or check if I wanted it differently.
Another time, I overheard a staff member (possibly the manager, tall with dark hair) loudly dropping F-bombs, which was really off-putting. The customer service has been disappointing, to say the least. If you want a better experience, I’d recommend going to the Quickly in Atwater instead.

I tried Quickly’s years ago when it first opened years ago and was not good. Tried it again yesterday and got a Kumquat lemon slush and it was horrendous. It was so sour and left very disappointed. Don’t get me started with the food, the orange chicken bowl was flavorless but had spice to make you numb and not be able to taste the rest of the food. The fried dumplings were hot but soggy and not fried and crunchy like they are supposed to.

I placed an online order and when i came, they didn’t get one of my drinks right, they remade it. I had one sip of it and it did not taste flavorful at all. I ordered a passionfruit milktea with no tea, it just tasted watered down; they didn’t add ice or the right boba i ordered either. waste of my money

One of my favorite places to grab a drink. Drink orders come out fast usually done after you pay and before you can sit down lol. Food takes a little longer, but you know it's made to order. The food is more like a snack, but the drinks are where it's at.
Popcorn chicken and a TaroSnow is the way to go!
