Doesn't feel like it was designed to be a restaurant. Seems like it's mainly a drive thru. Food was only okay and it was really pricey. There's zero atmosphere to speak of. Not worth it and will not be back.

I love Rally's. This is my first time hear and I was not happy. Fries were so greasy. Not edible. They made a big deal about purchasing a sauce with my meal. Hamburger was really dry. The lady in front of me said she was waiting over 20 minutes for them to fix a order. I will not be going back.

We ordered three double cheeseburgers. All of the burgers were room temperature. They tasted like they were leftovers from a previous order. Terrible. The buns were just plain buns with no sesame seeds despite the pictures showing sesame seeds. The buns were dry and tasted stale. The dining room has no pictures or art or decoration of any kind. Just plain white walls. This place does not feel like a restaurant at all. The positive was the hot fries. They were fresh out of the frier. Too bad the burgers and buns weren't like that. Oh, and the banana shake and apple pie were good. Those burgers though...ugh...much to be desired.
