They forgot to make my pizza and had me waiting for 10-15 minutes until they told me they were about to start making it. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened. (Online order)*. They need better communication. Asked for my money back and left.

Terrible customer service. Placed online order & went to pick it up after being notified it was ready and there was a long line inside. Only saw 2 employees working & neither acknowledged any customer waiting. After several people walked out & I finally spoke up and said I was there just to pick up an order that was already paid for and I got my pizza. I asked if there was a manager available and was told no. The service here is usually not the best but today was terrible.

I come here often as a Dasher. I always receive quality customer service from the night crew, especially from Isiah. He is always extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I was asked if I had a pizza bag the first time I have picked up from this location and I did not, he provided me with one for all my future pick ups. He genuinely cares about his customers and Dashers! I came back after that delivery just to get his name so that I can write this review!
There was a couple items missing from my order through delivery (was a larger order). Got in contact with Mike, who took the time to help me out. Mistakes happen and this establishment doesn’t let that get in the way of making it right. Super cool staff and would highly recommend to eat here!

The order was taken down wrong after giving it 2 times. The price I paid when I went to pick u my order was $6.00 higher than the price I was told on the phone. Stop hiring people that can't speak clear English. Better yet, just don't have them take phone orders. Call center? Really.

First time dining here. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I did not know what to expect when I entered with 2 birthday cakes... to my surprise, I was greeted with smiles. Thank you Round Table.
