Cashier was rude. Doesn’t like her job. I asked her if this was my order number and she said no. 10 minutes later she looks at the number and calls it out and it was my order after I’ve asked her 10 minutes earlier. Management needs to read these reviews.

Customer service was HORRIBLE This is My 3rd time here and it’s the same with the cashiers. I don’t think they like their job. They are very rude the cashier asked every time I order “ARE YOU DONE” and after she poured my drink she placed it by her cash register where I had to reach over to grab it. I seen her just pushed another customers to them. The girl who helped me was young with glasses.
We waited about 20 minutes for our order We went up and asked if our order was on the counter she stated it was not ours so we waited and waited just for her to check the bag and yell out our number.
I will never come here again!!!!!!

This will be my first and last here. Customer service was horrible. You can clearly see that neither one of those workers wants to be there. Cashier was not friendly and the cook was lazy. We ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and waited for 30 minutes. Everyone else that came after me got their orders first!!! I went up to the counter and ask how much longer and she said just a few more minutes????? Waited another 10 minutes and I told her forget it. I’ll take my refund. Cashier was mad so she just refunded me my money back and till this day I’m still waiting for my refund!!! Talk about 3 weeks later! Shame on you guys!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now with my wife but decided to go on my own before taking her. Im glad I didnt take her because its not good at all. Panda is WAY better. Same price as Panda but quality is terrible compared to it. I got the sesame chicken bowl and I've had better. I get it's a little place in a mall so I shouldn't have extremely high expectations like an actual restaurant, but I was at least hoping it was good and it wasnt. Im glad I finally tried it but while eating it I was regretting paying for it when I could have had Panda for the same price and would have enjoyed it.

I had a really disappointing experience at this place recently. The girl at the register was incredibly rude, which immediately set a bad tone. To make matters worse, after the poor service, I was given an unreasonably long wait time, which felt like a tactic to discourage me from ordering. I'm honestly baffled how employees like this are still working there. They're giving the business a bad name and definitely making customers like me not want to return. The food is good just the customer service if horrible!!!!!!😤

7:19 and the employee advised all they serve is the grilled chicken after 7, why is that? So the chicken is not fresh they have it under a warmer. This is a fast food joint not a restaurant. Disappointed

The food is usually good, but like other comments say the Mexican girl(s) specifically are so rude and unwelcoming it makes me not want to spend money here . It’s so sad a little kindness can go a long way .

Place is great been going there since it opened but lately the new cook really skimps the plates hardly gives any meat hope this improves.

Vegetable Tempura is a must. I usually go to Sushi Cuisine but their flavor is lacking. This tempura is crisp and flavorful. Just better overall. Today the staff was great! At 6:30pm.
