I visited this Starbucks on my way from leaving Merced. Just dropped my niece off at UC Merced for her last year and hit up this Starbucks. I had my favorite, which was made to perfection. There was no line at the drive thru, so I was in and out. Used the Mobil app so ordering was a breeze.

Turn down your music, a customer shouldn't have to yell to place an order. Did you notice that nobody was sitting in your lobby enjoying a conversation. Your not the cleaning crew with closed doors to the public. Your a retail business that is supposed to have a warm welcoming atmosphere. I'm shocked your owner doesn't have a max volume rule set in place.

I haven't been into a Starbucks since July. Today I decided to get Starbucks. I placed a mobile order. Not only was it not ready until 11mins after it should have been (wasn't busy) but not once did any of the employees great me or even say a word to me. Not even after I finally got my order.

Today we came to vicit Meced univercity at the morning we stop at this Starbucks They have the worst customer service. I ordered 3 items, gave two, and it took over 20 mts to give just the coffee. I asked a guy with long hair, and He had the worst attitude. He said man we were really busy." we made orders as they came in, and people behind me were getting their order. He didn't even ask what I was missing from my order.
