I love coming here, the staff are always friendly and talkative giving the atmosphere a warm welcoming feeling. My food is always hot when ordered and the coffee never fails to pep me up. Love this starbucks.
Turn down your music, a customer shouldn't have to yell to place an order. Did you notice that nobody was sitting in your lobby enjoying a conversation.
Your not the cleaning crew with closed doors to the public.
Your a retail business that is supposed to have a warm welcoming atmosphere. I'm shocked your owner doesn't have a max volume rule set in place.

So, I have tried to stay positive throughout Covid and other events that affect places of business, but this one I'm not sure I can! Ordered online with only option of "pick-up at counter", so drove up waited a bit for my p/u time then saw a family go to door then leave. So I went to door to have counter staff motion me to go through the drive-thru (which was 6 cars deep at the time!) Was not happy that I had to get down then drive thru & wait longer. Got to...
