I visited this Starbucks on my way from leaving Merced. Just dropped my niece off at UC Merced for her last year and hit up this Starbucks. I had my favorite, which was made to perfection. There was no line at the drive thru, so I was in and out. Used the Mobil app so ordering was a breeze.
I love coming here, the staff are always friendly and talkative giving the atmosphere a warm welcoming feeling. My food is always hot when ordered and the coffee never fails to pep me up. Love this starbucks.
Turn down your music, a customer shouldn't have to yell to place an order. Did you notice that nobody was sitting in your lobby enjoying a conversation.
Your not the cleaning crew with closed doors to the public.
Your a retail business that is supposed to have a warm welcoming atmosphere. I'm shocked your owner doesn't have a max volume rule set in place.
