6 people working on shift, one in the back and stood at the cashier waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me and didn’t get my order taken for almost 10 minutes. I’ve worked at starbucks and yall need to have better communication between each other, at least the shift lead.

I asked for extra caramel drizzle and the barista only put it on top of the drink + completely missed the other two toppings I paid extra for when that isn’t what we usually do in the Starbucks I work at. They don’t check the customizations on the printed sticker thoroughly and it’s a complete disappointment when we have to manually write the customizations on every cup while taking customers orders.

This Starbucks is hit or miss. Depends on who is working at 7am I guess. And they have there music turned up like they are an Abercrombie store sometimes
I ordered here today. They forgot the popcorn and the extras to the oatmeal. I'm not very happy about this.

Every time I went to get any drinks from this store they always manage to make it bad, this is the closest one to my house btw and now I have to drive to another Starbucks to get my drink! The drink I got it’s the easiest one btw it’s jus a vanilla bean frap with Grande scoop of ice with 3 scoops of vanilla bean powder plus the cream base plus milk and it’s easier than CRCF!!!!!

Took 10 minutes to put an order, only one customer in front of me and basically chit chatting with the barista. ,I asked two other barista if I can put my order , their response was “ only one counter works “. manager said it’s normal time line on Sundays. Like really 10 minutes per person ?! They have no respect for others time
