Usually a great experience. Today I picked up a breakfast wrap after waiting long past my pickup time and found it to still be frozen.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for years, and over time I’ve really noticed a decline in customer service. Some of the employees don’t greet or acknowledge you at all, which takes away from the welcoming atmosphere Starbucks is known for. There’s one particular lady who just doesn’t seem happy to be there — no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment.

In my opinion, if you’re working in customer service, you should have a genuine dedication to making customers feel welcome. That’s what makes the experience pleasant. I honestly only stopped by this location because it’s close to my house, but lately I’ve been going to other Starbucks locations where I actually feel acknowledged and appreciated.

Ordered the protein vanilla matcha latte they ran out of the protein milk and practically didn’t say anything until I came up to the counter after 30 minutes ( not an exaggeration I ordered at 6:48 and received my drink at 7:20). Drink was mid overall too.

6 people working on shift, one in the back and stood at the cashier waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me and didn’t get my order taken for almost 10 minutes. I’ve worked at starbucks and yall need to have better communication between each other, at least the shift lead.

I asked for extra caramel drizzle and the barista only put it on top of the drink + completely missed the other two toppings I paid extra for when that isn’t what we usually do in the Starbucks I work at. They don’t check the customizations on the printed sticker thoroughly and it’s a complete disappointment when we have to manually write the customizations on every cup while taking customers orders.
