Went to Starbucks then the grocery store in the same lot and someone came out to literally yell at us that it was only Starbucks parking. While there are no signs on any surrounding area stating that as well as I did purchase from Starbucks. I guess being a customer didn’t matter enough to stop her from coming out and having to say something. My matcha wasn’t great but hey I guess they just overall suck.

This Starbucks is an enigma. You walk in at 7 and employees are rude and then you go for a refill an hour later and 20 people say hello to you. 🤷🏻

I was very very disappointed ☹️ I bought two drinks and two pastries 🥐 and the employee was very rude. I even burn 🔥 my hand when she handed me my croissant and I drop it. My drinks were like water🤮🤮I called corporate to let them know this was uncalled for!! I would never go this location again!!!🥵

I am a daily Starbucks drinker. I normally use the other locations in town. Against my better judgment, I came here. They took SO long to make a basic flat white I ended up late for a doctors appointment. Service here is awful in comparison and they could REALLY learn from the Yosemite/G street location.

Went and got a drink and snack with my friend and her boyfriend. The worker in drive thru, Lea, messed up the drink 3 times and was rude and unprofessional when she came back. We wont be returning to this location. My friend called the manager and they didnt seem to care about this behavior coming from her.

The staff is wonderful. The drinks are great. Sometimes the music inside can be loud to the point its hard to communicate with the person sitting next to me. Other than that great place and great service.

A girl named Lea gave terrible customer service. Made my whole visit uncomfortable. Drink wasnt full and snobby attitude the entire time. Wont be coming back here.

I went through the drive thru to receive the 2 for $10 and I asked multiple times about the deal. I was informed once I scan my app it’ll change the price and when the cashier I don’t know her name I was in a rush but it was on 9/7/24 around 10am- she said the total was $14 and I didn’t have any extra add ins so I was confused I asked her to scan my app so I can receive the deal and she took my phone and instead of scanning my app she scanned the wrong card and charged me the wrong amount and when I asked her about it she confirmed it was $10 but I seen I was charged more and when I proceeded to ask questions but she closed the window on me and was rude.

I got asked to leave for using it as a third space, and frequently going there to get a coffee and study when I am in town between classes for school. Without a good explanation of what I did so I can not do it in the future if I am making people uncomfortable. Was a fan of this place until this incident.

If I did something they can explain, I get it. But it didnt seem like it was clear to the manager what I actually did, and when I asked for information about it, he hadnt asked the people who complained to explain the situation to him to the point he could tell me what I Actually did.

They didn't stretch out their card reader and tell me it's going to, "ask me a question," unlike the other SBUX in town. I'm like, "Thank God!" because that just makes me feel bad when I hit "No Thanks" for my $3 brewed coffee. Yeah, that deserves 5 stars. fr. fr. I'm going to this one from now on.

Went there for husband's birthday drink,Cabin helped us and he is THE BEST never fails when he makes our drinks. Really he needs to be appreciated. Give him some love.
