I truly appreciate the staff at this location. Not once have they messed up my order and they are beyond patient and helpful (thanks to them I found my favoritedrink). Every time I go to the Starbucks by my house whenever I'm in a rush I get very disappointed.

Worst management I ever experienced. Employee was very polite trying to help me with my issue but once he reached out to manager she didn’t even take the time to see what I was talking about she just yelled from the back that if I wanted to see her to get off and go inside the location. I mean there is a purpose why I decided to use drive thru and I wasn’t even requesting refund my order got charged twice but only gave me one order, I’m very disappointed I invest so much money buying from Starbucks for my employees and myself and I was treated poorly. Never again time to start trying Dutch Bros I guess.

I stopped here on my way back to San Francisco Bay Area from Southern California.
It was 101 degrees outside and I was feeling dehydrated.
The girls in this store were so gracious and kind in getting me a iced water. Happy workers makes me a happy customer.

Came in 3/20/24 at 7am and the older woman taking orders was so rude. She was rude to us and the man in front of us when it was her fault she didn’t get his sandwich right. I would think at her old age she would know how to control her frustrations by now.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks around, I would drive out of my way to come here. They were fast, polite and got my order right every time.They’ve recently hired some new staff that seems to not be able to keep up with the fast pace environment and as a result they are not as friendly and sometimes even rude.Out of the 6 times I’ve been here in the last 3 weeks half of those orders were wrong or just tasted awful ( and I order the same thing every time )I think what’s even worse is that you can feel the tension behind the counter as the customer and it just makes you feel awkward.Really a shame.
