They’re unique, they’re only found in small little corners. But, they have the best service, the best food and all around great time to just be there. I wish there was more. Plus one in Oakhurst.

Strings is one of my favorite places to eat in merced. The staff always goes above and beyond for their customers. The atmosphere is quiet, comfortable and perfect. The food! The food is always fabulous! A 5 star location for sure!

3 of us went to dinner. Cost $80. 2 of us had the fettuccine Alfredo. It tasted like it came from a jar (no flavor at all) and the bread was like uncut hamburger buns with garlic butter on top. What a waste of money. Don't recommend

The servers are great and it’s a nice restaurant. However the food is very basic and bland. Unfortunately you’re better off going to Olive Garden. I had the chicken parmesan alfredo and right off the bat I was disappointed. It looked like something I could make at home in a rush. The chicken was not crispy at all it was very soft and squishy. The food is not terrible but it’s not worth the money.

Wife and I are regulars here. I got the chicken parm she got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The house salad both dishes comes with is fresh, service has always been outstanding and welcoming. They keep your drinks full without asking.. the little things these days don’t go unnoticed. Nice atmosphere calm setting, and outdoor patio available. Give them a try.

I don't really recall my dine-in experience from a while back, but I recently ordered takeout. I ordered the ravioli dish, and I did not expect it to be spicy, but it was a pleasant surprise. It was a good flavor. I think about it from time to time.

Paid $16 for this spaghetti. The portion was small and the meat balls were $3 each to add on.

Love this place. Great food and always an excellent staff. The Italian sodas are delicious. Puts Olive Garden to shame.
