Terrible service. Phone is disabled and not in service???. I was in santa clarita placing a order off the app and for some reason it place the order for here at this store in merced. I been trying to call them all day but the phone is disabled and i can’t get a hold of them nor even go in person because the subway is hours away. I will need my refund and the manager to refund it to me. Will be telling corporate about the bad service. Even subway customer service i still haven’t received a email back.

I ordered a sandwich through the app and the store was closed before it said it was ready. I went to store the next day and asked for refund. I was told that only manager could give refund. They said a manager would call me but still have not received a call. They close early and phone is disconnected so no way to know. Just don't order from this store!!!

Horrible customer service! I walked in the store and the lady said she would help me and walked into back room. After a few minutes of waiting on her I walk to the door to leave, she comes back to say she’ll be right with me so I wait a bit and she disappears again the same thing as I go to leave the second time. She follows me all the way to my vehicle to tell me she’ll be right with me. I said no I’m leaving! You already wasted my time

If someone hacks into your account, this store refuses to refund me and doesn’t provide corporate number. Horrible service.I also feel like it is an inside job because they said they looked it up but how did they know what to look up when I didn’t tell them order number?

Ordered my sandwich online at 6:40 for pickup at 7:15, app said ready, card was charged, I show up and two worthless people were standing there with the doors locked and wouldn't tell me how to cancel my order. Absolutely insane, I spoke with corporate already.
