The service needs a lot of work. I don't expect a waiter/waitress to come check if the food is good and everything is okay. However, a smile and a nicer tone of voice would make your guests feel welcoming and not wonder if they're here to ask for food for free.

Me and my dad have been coming here for a few months as of writing this, and it has yet to disappoint!!! The food is amazing, especially the Udon and Ramen, which is very hearty and umami. The food and atmosphere makes you feel like you are in an old Ramen shop tucked in the depths of a bustling japanese city. The waiters/staff here are delightful to talk to, and I always look forward to coming here. My only gripe is the weird schedule, but that's nothing in comparison to...
