Been my favorite truck in Merced for years. Still is! Absolutely delicious every time. The asada torta is my favorite. But the quesadilla is a close 2nd.

Food is good to get the first thing said…. What’s a bother is the unprofessionalism….I call and they say hello and I have to double check to ask this is Susi taco truck right ….just say “ hello this Susi tacos truck, how can I help you”…. And then sometime depending on who is helping you sometimes rude “ what do you want” like really…lastly they sometimes won’t answer the phone… not to do being busy because after a few times I’ll ask for my friends phone then they answer after 2 rings …… the food is great .. the service could be better
Went and got some tacos and the meat was burnt like black crunchy burnt. I don't plan on eating tacos again from that Yosemite location again.

I usually love this place. Tonight I got my usual order Carne aside burrito supreme, it was cold all the meat was on one end only. The burrito bowl only had cilantro and cheese and the obvious that comes with it. It was also cold! I ordered it with no lettuce or rice that's the only thing they got right! I asked for extra jalapeños didn't get them. There was only one for two people!?
