Food is good to get the first thing said…. What’s a bother is the unprofessionalism….I call and they say hello and I have to double check to ask this is Susi taco truck right ….just say “ hello this Susi tacos truck, how can I help you”…. And then sometime depending on who is helping you sometimes rude “ what do you want” like really…lastly they sometimes won’t answer the phone… not to do being busy because after a few times I’ll ask for my friends phone then they answer after 2 rings …… the food is great .. the service could be better

The younger lady taking my order was extremely rude. I ordered a burrito with exactly what i wanted which was, carnitas, easy beans, cheese, sour cream, avocado, onion and cilantro. I bit into it and order was wrong they put rice and added salsa which i can't eat at all. I had parked to eat so i returned right away and she was upset cuz i told her they added salsa and i can't eat anything spicy. She said "if you didn't say that then we add it" i responded "i named each thing i wanted in my burrito, and i didn't say rice not salsa" she would have continued to argue with me but the older lady stopped her and told her they would fix it. Food is good but customer service is terrible!

Horrible customer service which is a shame especially when you are trying to support a small business. The younger workers have a terrible attitude for no reason. It costs nothing to be a decent human being. Overall I would recommend to support other local taco trucks.

I usually love this place. Tonight I got my usual order Carne aside burrito supreme, it was cold all the meat was on one end only. The burrito bowl only had cilantro and cheese and the obvious that comes with it. It was also cold! I ordered it with no lettuce or rice that's the only thing they got right! I asked for extra jalapeños didn't get them. There was only one for two people!?

Absolutely ❤ it! I usually get toppings on my tacos, but I got a plain al pastor taco & it was soo darn good. I was stunned that they serve Pozole, sooo I had to get some. It was sooo good!!!!! Can't wait to go back. Thank you to the people who work there!!
