On the recommendation of a friend, I stopped to see what this place was about. I was blown away by the friendliness and flavor! I got a few tacos and almost ate my hand because of the juice that dripped on it. There was also a pickled jalapeño. I've never had one before, but I'll definitely have them again. Great service. Great food. Worth your time!

$32 for some DOG TACOS meat is hella mushy salsa is water and tortillas flimsey as hell literally made me sick im sorry im never cheating on my ladies at cortez tacos again!, never coming here AGAIN shouldve known by the empty parking lot

The food is so fucken a***** for the price they barely put any food in the burrito, taco etc. Expensive asf the service is not good. They conveniently always forgot something in my order. Never go here it's definitely not worth it

I have read a couple of comments that say that they are the best tacos in Merced, but the truth is if you can go to another place, go to another place, there are many options and better than this taqueria on the other side, which has very expensive prices, 11 dollars for a burrito that has more rice than anything, and the flavor is not very good, for four tacos and a burrito I paid 22 dollars plus a dollar for paying by card, plus the owner of the lunch box, I think she was the owner, very unpleasant by the way , because I asked for salt, and a sauce and a little more slime, he wanted to charge me $1.50 more for something that is supposed to already be included, I understand that everything has already gone up in price, but it almost has restaurant prices and it is not a restaurant is a lunch box, it doesn't even have tables and chairs to sit down to eat. I do not recommend this place at all there are better places at better prices.
Good tacos with tasty meats. I was visiting Merced from Los Angeles and I saw this food truck by the hotel. I ordered asada, al pastor, and cabeza tacos. They were all were satisfying. Tortillas were cooked right and a good amount of meat. Served with cebollitas and chiles. Tacos at the time were $2.75 each. Great service.

1 star from me. A little pricey for what u get. I asked for extra limes an he wanted to charge me $1 for a piece of lime. Food wasn't all that.

I been going here since 2015 the flavor of the tacos are good but they need a different tortilla maybe the yellow kind or make the tortilla crunchy, so I can eat the tacos always soggy falling apart when I eat them make the tortilla crunchy in oil this will be the spot to go to !
