Ate there earlier for lunch, food ok, service bad, pretty sure it was the owners daughter her attitude was horrible whatever was happening personal life should stay away from businesses im just a customer i didn't do anything to her, but As other workers walked around helping customers she was just behind the counter staring at her phone like if other customers didnt exist. But i shouldnt be surprised because even at thai cuisine 1 many years ago she had that same lazy horrible attitude. Looks like its time to stay away from that place again until they change managers back to kham

We just left. We waited 2 hours for spring rolls, 1 bowl of curry and orange chicken. Worst service ever. Bad chicken, all breading. My food was cold and my husband's was not made until mine was completely inedible. We were the second table in the place and the last to be served. No one cares and I recommend never ever coming back here. They didn't offer to take anything off or give the bill or togo containers. Rude and bad.

The food here doesn't taste the same as before. Their Thai boats used to taste good, but yesterday, we ordered one that tasted like cinnamon mixed with pho powders. It tasted so nasty that we ended up not finishing it. Their clear pho is no good either.
A couple of months ago, I ordered pad kra pao; they gave me more onions and bell peppers than meat. The taste is nothing close to pad krapao. I thought I would try it again, but Thai cuisine had failed me repeatedly. I will not come here again until they find a new chief who knows what he is doing. The servers are doing great, though.

Came in with my 3 young children. Was sat right next to the bar that was extremely loud. We placed our order and it was read back to us. We could barely hear due to the lively bar. They brought my husband the wrong dish. When made aware the server snobbish responded that she read us back our order and went into the back. About 5 minutes later she informed us that they would remake it but it was our fault that because she read back the order.
Our appetizers came significantly after our meal including my husband's remade meal. We were brought out 2 spoons for a total of 3 phos. Waters never refilled.
We get the check and there are 2 extra meals and an extra beverage on our tab. We were also charged one item as a pad thai instead of a thai fried rice. When I notified the person checking out my order there was snark comments from the horrendous server including "those are both the same price". As a regular customer paying a tab exceeding $100 each time, I was offered absolutley nothing to rectify the issue. Sadly, that the quality of service has deteriorated so significantly. We will not be returning.
