I was afraid to taste something new, but I tried the rose latte. It was very, very good.

Sensory Lab in Merced has quickly become one of our favorite spots! The space is huge, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully organized, creating a relaxed and inviting vibe. We were thrilled to see they now offer breakfast, and it did not disappoint!
I had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, and it was superb—perfectly balanced and so flavorful. We also tried the eggs Benedict, which was also delicious. And, of course, the coffee was fantastic, as always! Rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection, it’s definitely some of the best coffee in town.
We can’t wait to be back. Highly recommend Sensory Lab for a great start to your day!
Vegetarian options: Almost none
Dietary restrictions: No that many vegan options
Parking: Plenty of space either right on the street by the front door or a free parking lot on the side.
Kid-friendliness: We brought our 9-month old son and he liked crawling around the expansive space.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to move around with Ramos where needed.

Its really good coffee but I ordered decaf espresso and it was strong, not sure if they accidently used caffeinated beans.

Stopped by to get an iced matcha latte for me and a cappuccino for my mom.
Both the matcha and the coffee tasted great, also it’s the only place in this area where you can get matcha.(unless you like the over-sweetened matcha from Starbucks)
The atmosphere was great and you feel comfortable. The café looked pretty cute and cozy from the inside.
Since I visited a few days before Halloween, it was decorated with pumpkins and ghosts, which was very cute.
The cashier was very friendly.

Went to a fashion show here and from what I understand they just barely opened up. Were scheduled to have a gran opening. Coffee drinks were awesome and service was great. The fashion show we attended here was fabulous. It was a perfect place to do at. It was done by Luna Star. Clothing line is awesome. Glad these two places exist in Merced and they joined together for the event. I highly recommend you try the coffee shop and stop in at Luna Star to check out her clothing (very fashionable). They are a women's clothing store. Support local.

Stopped here on our way to San Francisco from Yosemite. Best coffee we’ve had since leaving Australia. Very friendly service too.
The best coffee in Merced hands down! I also buy coffee beans for my home espresso machine and it is always freshly roasted and the blends that that do are amazing.

I had been meaning to try this place for a while. I had heard good things about the matcha and was expecting a bright green high quality matcha as they state in the menu to have "premium uji matcha" but when I saw what I received I was disappointed. It was a dark, muddy grainy matcha. It was super low quality even starbucks has better. /:

My sister and l came to check out whole bean coffee prices and online ordering possibilities on our way through town. In the process, she bought a small cup of Sumatran (one of her favorites). She says any coffee that tastes good enough to drink black is fantastic. The Sumatran was fantastic. The person at the counter was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There are beans available from countries that she's never had samples from. The bean prices are reasonable. She will probably be ordering online, and will definitely stop by again anytime she comes north.
