This is a really great coffee spot! The environment is trendy but also inviting. There are spots to sit and read or get some work done. Calming music and friendly barista. I ordered an iced chai late - best chai late I’ve had in a while!

I went to the sensory lab on May 3, Saturday, in the evening. I got a cup of hot chocolate which had a scent of cinnamon. It was very tasty and different from the hot chocolate I tried in other places. The sensory lab had a great ambience with lots of seating areas. They also had free wifi, and it was a great place to just sit back, enjoy my hot chocolate and relax. The ambience there was also well suited to just get some work done on a laptop, and there were a couple of students working there. If I get a chance, I’ll definitely go there again someday!

An absolute gem in the Central Valley - a region not exactly known for its specialty coffee. I would out ASIP up there with Clouds Rest Coffee in Oakhurst for best coffee I’ve had in the CV. Colombian pour over was excellent! 👌

Great vibes and very chill environment. Had a quick put stop for coffee and bathrooms on way to Yosemite. Would love to return. The art on the wall adds to the lovely atmosphere.

The coffee here is excellent! I haven't tried any of their food, but the coffee every time I come is top notch. They roast their own beans and it shows. The building has so much room so I never feel crowded or in the way. The staff is always so incredibly sweet, and complementary. Definitely the best coffee shop in Merced.

We went yesterday. When we arrived there was one other group of customers leaving. So we had the place all to ourselves. There were three baristas on duty. Their knowledge of the products they offered was really low for the most part and they were playing really weird music (think if a depressed person made edm). We got a plain latte and a pour over. Both drinks were underwhelming. We ended up going to another coffee shop.
