This is a really great coffee spot! The environment is trendy but also inviting. There are spots to sit and read or get some work done. Calming music and friendly barista. I ordered an iced chai late - best chai late I’ve had in a while!
I went to the sensory lab on May 3, Saturday, in the evening. I got a cup of hot chocolate which had a scent of cinnamon. It was very tasty and different from the hot chocolate I tried in other places. The sensory lab had a great ambience with lots of seating areas. They also had free wifi, and it was a great place to just sit back, enjoy my hot chocolate and relax. The ambience there was also well suited to just get some work done on a laptop, and there were a couple of students...
An absolute gem in the Central Valley - a region not exactly known for its specialty coffee. I would out ASIP up there with Clouds Rest Coffee in Oakhurst for best coffee I’ve had in the CV. Colombian pour over was excellent! 👌
