My stomach is super sensitive I asked him ti change his gloves nope didnt do it then tells me they have no cheddar cheese or broccoli soup so I didnt get a sandwich or soup . Overall shiry place ill never go to this one again $15 for a meatball sandwich hell no ill stick to subway

Came to pick up an online order, I had paid for extra dressing already, & came in while it was being wrapped up so I asked for it to be on the side & the older gentleman with long white hair had said it was 50 cents extra - I told him I already paid for it, he acted like he didn’t believe me and asked me to show him the receipt which said “extra pepitas” right on it, he still asked me how much I paid for it as if he didn’t believe me after seeing my receipt which was very odd lol. When I said I wasn’t sure he said he “would look into that”. A little offputting energy and unnecessary when I was in a hurry. He ended up putting it in the bag, but it shouldn’t have been such a back and forth + having me show my receipt kind of hassle (especially when the receipt is visible to the person making my online order Id presume lol)

Wow have they gotten expensive $11.50 for a regular & $16.75 for the bigger one and that’s for a cold sandwich..I’m sorry and that’s not even for a meal that’s insane acting like their some fancy establishment are something when their pastrami is made in the microwave better off going to subway for half the price or sourdough & co much fancier and at least you get a free pickle..cya later Togo’s I won’t be back not paying an arm and leg for some bread and mayo

Please don’t go to this location! I was much so inconvenienced today I went online to Togo’s website not Uber eats not door dash and placed an order for me to pick it up. No third party whatsoever Togo’s doesn’t even have a third party pickup on their website. Paid for the order. When I arrived at the store they said they had already given my order to someone else! Obviously on their part they failed to verify the order and just gave a complete stranger my food. On top of that let me say how unprofessional they were. No one owned up to mistakenly giving my food I paid for to someone else without verifying it. There’s no way someone else would have received my confirmation email etc…Neither did they offer to refund me or to remake what I ordered since I had to drive up here for nothing due to their mistake. How unprofessional can one get! Customer service is not rocket science just right your wrongs own up to your own mistakes. Very unprofessional and I recommend not eating here. Common sense isn’t always common smh. Who raised these people.

Got the hummus wrap. One of ours looks like it had been ripped apart. The flavor is off on that one. Way too much dressing, got grossed out couldn’t finish. Probably won’t come here again.

Horrible customer service. Lady was as friendly as a rabies ridden squirrel. Sandwich was not very good at all. 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips was almost $40.
Had to get the employee's attention before she even checked the door. Customer service was alright. Wasn't bad, but also was not trying to go above and beyond for the customer. The location's cleanliness is well kept up, which was a relief to see. The food cost is WAY too high for what is given. $4 for a little tiny bag of chips. I could go to the grocery store and buy a large bag for that price. Was initially complete silence. No music whatsoever.

Bought a family #9 pastrami it was greasy and uneatable called back to the store asked to speak with a manager she was to busy to speak to me I waited on the phone for over a half hour to speak to a manager but no one ever picked up I finally hung up the phone and posted this review update I finally got a hold of the manager and I had to bring what was left of my old sandwich back to get a fresh new sandwich so I will see if this one is better than the last sandwich I got from here.
