Easily one of the worst in Merced. Leasing agents are crummy. They don’t answer maintenance calls, deal with issues with the complex, or finish any projects. My rent was 680 when I moved in.
My rent is now 1100 and rising. These people are crooks and GSF needs to get their asses back to the bay with these rent prices. I have a better chance of getting a response from them here, than I do by calling them directly.

My mum has lived there for over fifteen years. Her house has had very little improvements since she's been there. Her apartment is actually falling apart. She needs new cabinets, refrigerator, stove, and carpet. I've complained before and nothing. Now I'm about to make a scene with the authorities if nothing gets done soon.
Follow up review I have called the "corporate" number about a month ago. I was told I would get a call back from an owner. Not a call has yet been received. I promised to show pictures of the situations i mentioned above. I'm trying to be civil about the matter. If I don't get any correspondence soon, I'll show the pictures. Please please please take care of this matter before it gets ugly on here!!!!!

I really love and have respect for Laurel Glen. I have lived here for over 18 years because I am a single mom and very low income. Jason the groundskeeper is nice and does a great job. Natasha is a beautiful and friendly woman. I hope to stay for a longtime.

I moved to Laurel Glen in November 2021. I love it here. The grounds are very well kept. The office staff is courteous, professional and kind. The maintenance staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they always do an excellent expedient job. Together, they have helped me settle in comfortably. I hope to live here a long while.

Great leasing staff and maintenance! Been here almost 18 months with no issues when it comes to crime. Location is convenient near stores and my doctor office. On site laundry room as well. Plenty of parking. Each unit has a patio or balcony.

If you're a respondent here, be prepared to keep asking for the help you need from the office. They are slow in responding. My mum been here for over fifteen years and still have no new carpet. She's been asking for about five years now. Since previous resident resided there, that's the carpet she has now. Please make changes to people who need it most in this beautiful place. Too many olive trees. Stains your carpet and you vehicle floors. Sewer gets stopped up at times. Lights go off at night in walkways at times. Sidewalks need repair. Scenery is beautiful here. Needs change in service. Office staff says they'll help but never seen to get back to the resident members. Help improve it, please

I eat at Villa’s whenever I have my vehicle washed next door at the Merced Mall Carwash. They have great food and great service! My favorite breakfast burrito is The ham breakfast burrito with potato’s added. My favorite lunch burrito is the Surf & Turf burrito. Another one of my favorite dishes is the Chile Verde plate. I love to support small locally owned businesses!
