I went to Wendy’s and ordered a meal that was greeted by a very polite man named Daniel Who had impeccable customer service and made sure My food was Hot fresh And served it with a smile The Wendy’s team was very warm and welcoming And if you ever get a chance to stop by Wendy’s Make sure you greet Daniel and check out those cute dimples

This place has very crappy service most of the employees hide behind the little wall that they have next to the pick up window..on multiple occasions I have stood there for a easy 3 minutes just trying to get some sauce they will look right at you and not acknowledge you at all.fries are always cold no matter what time you go..they need to get it together.

Ordering was fine on the Kiosk but I was not allowed to use my coupon from the app. Then when I tried to order at the desk to use the coupon but they didn't offer the same menu as at the kiosk. With almost nobody else in the restaurant, we waited for about 10 minutes for the food. Then when we got the food it did not taste fresh at all. The buns were cold. The jr bacon cheese burgers were tiny and very plain looking. I ordered a bacon double stack and literally had to check each burger twice before finally finding the second patty on one of them. Definitely not worth the extra price. Worst burger I have had in a very long time. This was the first time I have eaten at wendys in years and will definitely be the last. This restaurant chain has really changed for the worse.

I was pleased with the efficiency of the service, as my order was prepared and delivered to me quite quickly. The promptness of the drive-thru staff made the overall experience convenient and satisfactory. Receiving my food without unnecessary delay was greatly appreciated.

Went to get their promo chicken breakfast biscuit but was told at the drive thru order mic that the selection was $3.99 and not $.99 as was on tv marketing commercials. She was a little rude and didn't care that it was still being advertised on local television. I was shocked at her $25 an hour job behavior.

I’ve been wanting a jr cheese burger deluxe for a while now so we went to the Wendy’s in Merced Ca. I was so disappointed with the quality of the food and the long wait just to get cold burgers. The burgers were cold and the buns were hard. The fries were not very good either and we were so disappointed. You would think you would get better quality because of the experience prices you are paying for these burgers. So disappointed!!!!
