All of our order was wrong/missing, 70$+ worth of food. Had to drive all the way back from work to wingstop to get it corrected after we were put on hold for 10 plus mins. Went back to get it remade but the worker insisted everything was right & refused to remake anything or give us at least what we were missing, even though they shorted us a WHOLE BAG OF FOOD, had no seasoning on the fries, gave us drinks not filled to the top or even with ice, & again, a lot of the order was missing. The worker was incompetent & basically told us to leave & insisted everything was right even though we were visibly missing items. Terrible customer service, not professional whatsoever. When we asked for the manager’s name or to speak to one they refused to give us a name. Do not go to this joke of a restaurant. They don’t care that you’re spending nearly $100 for food. You’ll have way better luck at the atwater one.

On my birthday I went there for my first time, with family ordered,4 different flavors of wings, there was no taste , just bland, couldn’t believe this, thought this place was supposed to be bomb! Well it sucked!

I would like a refund due to the lack incompetence. I ordered the game tile or game day bundle and my wings sucked. No flavor in the lemon pepper or even any pepper on it just tasted butter. I asked for well done and my wings came soft as hell damn near like rubber I couldn’t even eat it. I did not recover my dips either and that’s kinda the only thing that makes the chicken bearable. I got delivery through the app. I called the store like 4 times back to back and kept getting put on hold and then hung up on at one point. I just want me $58 dollars back this place is not worth spending ur hard earned money.

The wings were super disappointing. They came out lukewarm, soggy, and barely had any seasoning. Definitely not worth the price,The service was really slow. We waited more than 30 minutes just to place our order, and the server never checked in. It felt like we were forgotten.”

the food was good but I was really impressed by how one of the workers were I think her name was Sarah she really helped me find the perfect meal for me and throughly explained and it was amazing definitely coming back with my buddies

Honestly after waiting 10 minutes at the Front counter, being stared at by employees, hesring the cook ask the girl if I had been helped and her replying with no he can wait. I walked out this girl does not seem like she like or wants he job. Just from looking at how not busy they were and to have 3 baskets of precooked wings was crazy to me. Management needs to be on top of them more. So sad I was so ready to get a 30pc today to buy after seeing the chicken just sitting there in the basket and the lack of service was very disappointing. Do better wing stop

Called in as a pick up. Staff was very nice. Had a 30 min wait. Wings were ok. Ate it on my hour drive home. Couldn't really taste the seasoning on the Louisiana rub not the garlic on the garlic parm. Fries were a bit old. They were not real crispy or hot. Like warm. A big disappointment for $20
0 stars for both food and service.The food is extremely inconsistent, sometimes decent, other times terrible. Tonight was one of the bad nights: the fries were overcooked, and my boneless wings were cold and I know it was because staff cooked them at separate times. Overall, a disappointing experience. This place should be ashamed of its lack of consistency and especially long wait times

Don’t order if you’re ordering for more than 2 people. Literally never get the order right. And most of the time the food is cold. Store is always super busy. I used to work food service so I understand how it can be. Wingstop business needs to step it up and hire more people or cancel orders if they can’t fulfill orders. One time I waited for over an hour for a 30 min wait and they had lost my order.

first of all i waited an hour for the food i called ahead of time for. the food tasted terrible, all the staff had attitude, and it immediately stank when i walk in and floor is all sticky?? come on now, all the staff needs to be fired and be under new management

My first time ever at wingstop was at this location 15 years ago. I’ve been hooked on the wings. Loved the hanging plane decor at the time. However I recently visited this location after all these years. My return was a disappointment. As soon as enter the location the smell of raw chicken or some type of odor. Secondly used the restroom which needs a super deep cleaning/touching up. After almost waiting 30 minutes for my order. The wings were smaller in size compared to other locations?? During our stay in the dining area..I felt no AC at all! Mind you this was when it was just over 100 degrees. What a bad returning experience at this location. Will not be coming back!

I would like to start off by expressing my disappointment. I was beyond frustrated after a long day and craving Wingstop, only for it to completely disappoint. At first, all was well; the lady looked a little slow and confused. The food came out semi-fast, then I got to my car, ready to enjoy my meal, and realized my wings were missing. I went back to ask, and 3 workers started arguing with each other and completely dismissed me. Then, she made my wings and dropped them on the floor. After I got my food, I went to eat and found a hair follicle in my RANCH. I am disgusted!!!
