I put in an online order. The website said 30-40 min wait which is close to what id expect at wingstop on a Wednesday night. I show up after 40 mins and the place is packed. Not a single person actually eating but a bunch of visibility unhappy customers waiting for their order. I get to the counter at that point I already know my order isn't ready. I have 8 orders ahead of mine and they didn't know when mine will be ready. But I could give them a call and check. I come back 40 mins later and my order is ready, cold, and a bunch of dry chicken wings. The could benefit from posting accurate wait times so customers can get their food fresh and not waste their time at the dining area/waiting room. Everyone from employee to customer were miserable in that place. I don't know if I'd go there even if the food was free.

Ordered a 20 piece with fries, didn't receive 6 of my atomic wings, called them and they said they'd have it ready instantly, they were not busy & had 7 people working, took 45 minutes, they gave me chili rub wings, not atomic, and not even a sorry or free fries or something, I am a chef/kitchen manager and this was so sad & embarrassing. This business should care more about their customers, all you cook is wings & fries ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Not sure about their online order pick up policy. One week they ask me for email verification to pick up the food I paid for. Another week they ask me for my phone number. Another week they ask me for my ID. Another week they ask me for a driver license. Another week they ask me for Apple Pay verification. Next time I go are they going to ask for my SSN? I’m just trying to pick up MY food that I paid for, quickly!
…and all that trouble for some low quality, cold, unevenly seasoned wings?

Poor customer service workers look like they don’t care about customers. They told me 15 minute for my order and I’ve been waiting for 55 minute when I went to ask her what happened she’s like oh you gotta wait another 20 minutes.

The cashier is very rude not very good customer service had to go up several times asking for two door dash orders that I was there to pick up there was a bunch of orders behind her ready each time I asked she said there still working on the orders without not once checking behind her when I seen when waiting in line someone from back would bring out orders and place them there I have been waiting over an hour and still waiting for the orders as we speak smh she needs to be put in the back cooking and not working the front she doesn’t know what the hella she is doing .

Went to go pick up an online order and i usually just have to show my email that says I ordered it but now they're saying that they need to see that we ordered it from our bank info!? By the time I got it it was cold. Idk if the cashier just wanted to make it harder for me for whatever reason or if they're actually that dumb to implement that rule.

Worst service ever i ordered my food at 4:53pm and take out time was a 16 to 22 min wait. I was not served my food till 5:40pm an extra 20 mins outside of the expected wait time. Once my name was called the lady with red hair said I could not have my food unless I show proof of the order or my ID. I did not have my ID but I showed her my order confirmation I got with my name on it and she did not accept it and said I have to show her my bankstatement. I did not see this treatment with other costumers and feel racially discriminated and embarrassed of the treatment I encountered at this wingstop. I will not be returning.

Ordered through door dash. When placing the order, estimates time was 1 hour. However, it took 2 hours before our food left the resturant. When we called the resturant, we were put on hold for over 5 minutes before we finally hung up. The dasher claimed the delay was due to us asking to change a dipping sauce...A.DIPPING SAUCE...not something that had to be cooked or remade. Changing a dip shouldt cause an hour delay. Plus, my fries were missing and the change we requested, wasn't honored. Still arrived with the same sauces we had originally ordered.

Every single time my boyfriend has an online order to pick up they always ask to see our ID's. It is infuriating how long it takes to get our food since we constantly have to identify ourselves.

Just ordered a 20 piece classic wings of Parmesan and Honey Hot Rub. Looks like they got Salt Bae working in the kitchen because these wings were PLAIN with a PINCH of seasoning sprinkled on them. Called to complain and they said they'd have a remade order for me by the time I got back. I still spent 5-10 mins waiting because they wanted to see how many wings we ate (3) so they could short those 3 wings before they remade them. Petty. The poor girl working the counter was apologetic and kind, and she didn't deserve to have to own the situation.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They forgot my fries that came with my meal. When I called to let them know, she offered to make them fresh and I could pick them up. I said perfect. Can you throw in a couple things of ranch for me please? She tells me no, they’re not allowed to give away anything for free, but they can **** up my order for free? Ok got it. I work seven days a week. Mind you? I also waited almost 30 minutes for my food to be ready. All I wanted was to come home to a hot meal. Had I went back to get my fries, I would have not only wasted gas, but I would also come home to cold food. The Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, I want my money back……. This manager needs to be fired.

I’m from the Bay Area where we believe in something called customer service this place is the worst wingstop stop I’ve been too placed an order at 1:43 told to wait 18 min for my food it was 2:20 pm when I finally just asked for a refund . The employees literally waste your time on purpose it’s like they get some type of enjoyment just watching you wait very weird behavior even the manager who refunded me acted very strange nonetheless worst experience at a wing stop. My order was very simple as well . Do yourselves a favor and don’t even visit this establishment.
