This is hands down some of the best Oaxacan food I’ve ever had. If you don’t have anything to do in Middletown, I would advise you take a trip just for this food and that is good reason enough to keep coming back. The food is homemade, the best ingredients and the people are so kind here.
This is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I went here two weeks ago when I was passing through town, and just drove an hour out of my way to come back again. The mole is amazing and everything is fresh and homemade. If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would!
If you are used to taco trucks and Taco Bell, Albiertos and the like, you probably won't like this place. They do have burritos and tacos; no refried beans or taco salad, etc. I got the chicken mole with rice (their most expensive dish-$20.00) but could not eat it; too hot and the chocolate sauce was nasty.
