Stopped by here 2PM and the restrooms were filthy. The toilet seat looked like it had been used as a stepping stool for months and it smelled like pure armpit. I did purchase something in order to use the restroom which was, in the end, too dirty to use. Restrooms should be kept clean for PAYING CUSTOMERS. I don't expect everything to be perfect but I do appreciate state health regulations.

Need to raise up standards. Couldn't use the restroom without purchase only to find the restroom like a bathtub. Staff didnt want to acknowledge the bathroom. Not a dine in restuarant very filthy.

I usually dont review a fast food place, but tonight I wanted to exemplify a worker who went above and beyond to make my experience awesome. I drove through jack in the box to get my usual order of an extreme sausage and I like to get the packet of mayonnaise to put on it after.And tonight they were out of mayonnaise packets. The guy taking care of me. Raul went above and beyond to ask the cooks if they could put Mayonnaise on the sandwich after checking with me if that was okay and it was fantastic. And I really appreciate him going above and beyond To give me what I wanted. So thank you to Raul for your awesome service..

Ordered Sourdough Jack combo #1 at noon today at drive thru. Specifically asked for no bacon. Came home found bacon. Also the cashier didn't give receipt. He seemed to be friendly but this sort of complacency needs to be penalized with 1 star.
