Was here at 5am sat in the drive thru until 5:10am when they are supposed to be open to serve people at 5. I just got my 2 year old son out of the hospital and we both were starved this was the only place nearby that would have been open. The guy claiming his name was Hector gets on the speaker at 5:10 and states he's not ready yet and won't be for another 20 minutes which would make it 5:30 before he would be ready to serve customers also meaning he must have been late for his shift. This is absolutely beyond ridiculous and selfish. I will be calling back later today to speak to the manager.

The lettuce or tomato in my Jack's spicy chicken tasted straight rancid, like I was biting into vegetables from the trash. Go somewhere else, otherwise you might get food poisoning

I went with my family and I ordered 4 meals but had forgotten one of my food items however one of the workers was very rude claiming he did not speak Spanish and once we started to speak to him in English he still showed attitude and claiming that we want something free but we are simply asking for my food. I don't recommend coming to this location they are very unsanitary.

Today 10/24/2023 I ask for sweet and sour with my order but was told by the cashier that I needed to pay for my sauce which was $25 cents. It doesn't make any sense to pay for my sauce which should come with my order. This was NOT an extra sauce, I am now left my freshly order food and NO sauce to my order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I hope the employee is not trying to make some extra change on the side!! Never in my life have this ever happen before, JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE! COME ON GUYS!! YOU CAN DO BETTER. Again, this was not an extra sauce that I ask for. Why should I pay for a sauce when it should come with my order!! TERRIBLE!!
