This is by far our favorite sushi delivery in Marin. The fish is fresh and the cuts of nigiri and sashimi are thick and tasty. The rolls are great too. We also love the miso soup.

We (including the kids) love Amberjack. It’s small, without sit-down, but run by a really sweet family. The food is ultra fresh, with sizable portions. Definitely our favorite Mill Valley sushi (was better than samurai).

Wow the food sucks. I'm embarrassed I fed it to my boy. The tempura shrimp may not have been shrimp, but some rubbery meat thing. The 'crab' in my son's Cali roll was more like rotten tuna. There is no way the owners of this place eat their own food and can think it's even decent.

I love Amberjack Sushi by their always tasty, fresh, and healthy reliable take-out / delivery Japanese food orders. They have an excellent wide selection of delicious sushi and sashimi along with their main set dinners to choose from. I have found the salmon teriyaki dinner has become a perfect simple always tasty dinner meal that I love every time I order it!
