Honestly really great sushi very fresh and delicious, the salmon felt like it melted in your mouth and the umnekyo was the perfect kind of sour. Stopped by on a whim and delighted to have discovered it! Very reasonable pricing and extremely fast and friendly service too!

Fantastic sushi. Dropped in for a quick snack before a concert, and in minutes got some of the best sushi I’ve had in months. There salmon was fatty, the seaweed crunchy… just great.

We (including the kids) love Amberjack. It’s small, without sit-down, but run by a really sweet family. The food is ultra fresh, with sizable portions. Definitely our favorite Mill Valley sushi (was better than samurai).
