Boba pearls all stuck together at the bottom make it hard to sip them through the straw. Had to use a spoon to get it out.

The buns were good though!

Banh Mi Zon in Mili Valley is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, from the crispy, perfectly baked banh mi to the refreshing drinks. The bread is outstanding — freshly baked, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
The fillings are always fresh, generous, and packed with flavor. The blend of savory meats, rich paté, fresh cilantro, and the perfectly tangy pickled carrots and daikon creates a symphony of textures and tastes that is impossible to beat. It’s a fantastic value for the quality and size you get.
Beyond the food, the staff is always quick, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Whether you're grabbing lunch to go or stopping in for a quick bite, the experience is always top-notch. If you haven't been, you're truly missing out. Get there immediately!

I really wanted to like this place, but I would only recommend ordering the bánh mì and the milk tea. Those were solid. However, the other items on the menu were disappointing. The beef pho had very little flavor — honestly, instant Top Ramen tastes better. The chicken teriyaki rice bowl was also not good; it was just plain boiled chicken covered in teriyaki sauce, without any seasoning or texture. If you go, stick to the bánh mì and drinks. The rest needs improvement.

The bobas and salad bowl were good. However I must point out that the banh mi sandwiches have been modified to fit the taste of the Marin customers maybe who don't like spicy that much? No jalapenos and very little carrots in the banh mi and there were cucumbers or something like that in there.
We won't get the banh mi no more.

This is a wannabe high-end asian fast food chain restaurant. The food was very mediocre, and there really wasn’t much service to speak of. OK for take outs.

Not authentic Pho. Apathetic service. I've eaten at food trucks with more charm.

If you want an aneurysm, try out the UI on their self-ordering kiosks. And as others have mentioned, they fail on the foundational principle of menus, which is : the photo has to match what you select, which it does not with the milk tea (which shows boba but which is an upcharge, but even that is poorly indicated). Banh Mi Traditional was, if truly traditional, was not my thing. There is no service, yet they, as with so many restaurants, expect a tip. The Bay Area is broken.

Ordered chicken and tofu pho which was extremely subpar. Broth heated up in plastic bowl (ewww microplastics) in microwave , then poured into a metal bowl. Broth was served luke warm, noodle so-so, chicken slices were scant, dry like cardboard, tasteless , unable to chew and swallow. Probably not real chicken! Broth was very salty, bland with out any flavor depth, had to add hot water which made it worse. Tofu was previously fried but obviously not fresh, tasteless. Would not recommend this place . No Vietnamese employees present, prepackaged ingredients thrown into plastic bowl. Nothing made fresh in this place. Employee sweeping carpet while we were still eating, not pleasant with dust flying about. One other patron in the place, would not call this a restaurant.
