While not an expert I grew up in Detroit eating gyros as often as hamburgers. Hands down the best gyro I have had in ages. Warm soft pita, crisp fresh veggies, great house made sauce and really tasty gyro meat. And always friendly service from the owner. Small seating area so may need to plan to do take out versus eat in.
This restaurant is amazing. Absolutely delicious. I mean the meat was perfectly cooked and the the flakes of the shavings had a really wonderful crispiness, it wasn’t too dried out like some gyro places, it was juicy tender delicious and had an excellent mouth feel also it was not overly greasy. I am not a big vegetable person, his harissa was luscious the tzatziki and had great flavor and spice. The tzatziki was perfect on the gyro. Yes the pita was also perfectly toasted....
Today was my second time here, it would have been many more except that I was traveling.
Zorbas brings more of what Marin County needs, which is economical delicios food.
Today I had the Gyro, and it was so large I took it home for dinner.
They have a very enjoyable tables and protected to enjoy your food.
Make sure you tie a ribbon on their tree.
