High Tech Burrito uses the freshest ingredients in their food. I love that about this business. I definitely recommend this location!! If you love fresh food this is your go to spot. I travel for work and try to eat healthy so I've been here repeatedly, since working in Mill Valley. Burritos, tacos and their bowls are Great!!! I recommend eating your order with their nuclear salsa. Absolutely it's the go to salsa.

This place has some of best food in town & I'm not writing a review about food quality here. I've confusion about their schedule & time. They said online & other platform that they closed at 9PM. I've tried couple times between 8:20PM to 8:45PM. They always closed. I don't want to go 8:58PM either.But, they should serve the customer, who drive specially here on time. I hope manager/owner see this review & make some changes in scheduling policy. Thanks!

Couple days ago I was in Mill valley picking up a car in the morning and wanted to get something to eat after I loaded the car and my I noticed right by where I was at was a high tech burrito it sounded real good so I went in and ordered a breakfast burrito eggs carnitas little beans cheese salsa and OMG! THIS burrito was so good the meet the cheese the pinto beans the salsa and so much this thing had to way 2lb!I want a high tech burrito close to where I live but that's Southern California move down here!

I just started coming back to High Tech Burrito at both locations in Marin last year. The problem I had in the past was that there wasn't any consistency in how a burrito was prepared, even within the same location and I ordered the exact same thing every time in both locations. It was too frustrating because some burritos were amazing and others were quite lacking. So I just gave up 5 years ago. I decided to try HTB again last year and the burritos at both locations were amazing from order to order. It became my go to meal whenever I ate out/picked up food. Well just this week I ordered my regular burrito and the taste was flat. There was nothing that really stood out in the taste where as before, every bite was vibrant and so tasty. Well the recipe was changed for my favorite Thai Peanut burrito and it's such a bummer. The burrito used to be amazing and now it's just okay. Instead of looking forward to having the Thai Peanut burrito whenever I could get to a location near me, I'm now thinking it would be nice to have once in awhile but it's not anything special. It's no longer something I look forward to having. I've been told the changes to the recipe come from the chef at headquarters and the local chefs have no control over it. So this review is for whomever is at headquarters. Please don't ruin a great thing and just make it okay. It wasn't broken so there was no need to change it just for the sake of changing it. I write this in hope that you will revert back to the recipe before you changed and leave it alone. This used to be my favorite treat and go to option whenever possible. I guess I'll be saving some money now. Also, it would be helpful if Corporate Headquarters gave people a way to contact them directly.

Not only is the food wonderful, but they have some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. The customer service is probably the best in Marin. The employees could not be more hard-working and beyond friendly every single time I walk through those doors.

I came and got the south west chicken salad. It's so good. I highly recommend that you eat here. The chicken was hot off the pan. I wish I could capture the steam from that hot chicken.
