This food is good. I wasn’t expecting it to be that good for some reason but I’m impressed. We had the veggie egg rolls (2 1/2), there was a funny spice added in there that wasn’t familiar nor was it necessary. Green onion pancakes (4.5) Long donut (4/5) it was so fresh, hot and crispy. Sweet chili wings (4), got happy when I seen the jalapeños but there was no kick at all, they were like a basic teriyaki. General tso chicken (4) no kick to them like normal general. Beef & broc (4) shrimp fried rice (4.5). The lady in front gets a little flustered and I thought she had an attitude with me but once the food came out, she gave us a free soda each and a free Long Donut. Def would return!

First time ordering takeout from here despite living quite close. Wow! I can't believe it took us this long! The food came hot and was so delicious. The spicy wontons in red oil were particularly notable, and I loved the Shanghai spring onion oil chow fun noodles too. This spot will definitely be a new go-to! Prices also very reasonable.
I will say, I saw one review cautioning against online ordering and that may be true. We ordered on door dash and it looked like our dasher waited at the restaurant for quite a while. Our food got delivered an hour after ordering despite the eta saying 30 min. Not a big deal, but maybe calling in is better?

I was on my way out to some other place, a place maybe you've probably never visited to see a man about this and that, and probably end up with one or the other...Then I spotted the Olympic skater Mary Lou Retton and someone else going into the Shang Hai Kitchen Restaurant! What luck...I pulled in because #1 I'm hungry, and #2... In 1982 I bet $10,000 at 1000 to 1 that Mary Lou Retton would win the individual All-Around Gold medal in women's Gymnastics in the 1984 summer Olympics, and I wanted to thank her! I also bought them lunch...and Man-O-Man the sweet and sour pork was Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

What an amazing find!! The staff welcomed us, walked our to-go order out to us and even packaged extra sauces. The food was piping hot and full of amazing flavor. Ordering online was easy and our 3 entrees and 3 apps were ready within 15 minutes! Can’t wait to visit this area again just to eat here!!
Don't use the online ordering system, because the restaurant doesn't check it. Every time I order online, my food hasn't even started by the pickup time.
