They forgot my $8 sandwich then I heard them laugh about it as soon as they walked back, only to refry the same chicken and it turned out dark brown and super greasy. They wanna get paid more to do this and laugh like hyenas? What a joke. Can't even get mc Donald's right when it's just two sandwich and some fries.

I came with my daughter to buy a happy meal cause it goes with a Mario toy(she’s a huge fan). She was disappointed after we saw ,that they gave us a different toy(they were out of stock)We called the manager and after my daughter did the sad face 😞 he went to the storage and brought her some toys from the previous collection.After that she was happiest kid 👧

This has to be the worst serviced McDonald's in the California. The servers and managers are short and rude. They always forget something even no matter if you go inside drive thru or via the app. Make sure to double check your order. When you point out that you're missing an item they take it like your asking for something free and are rude and short with you. The way they take your order in drive thru its like they believe fast food is rushed food my condiments was just thrown in the bag, how can I tell because syrup was spilled in my bag. They need to replace every staff member here this is utterly ridiculous how they treat PAYING CUSTOMERS. They don't care about service this is just an assembly line to them and now they are paid $20 an hour service here needs to improve.

Honestly, it is the most professional establishment mcdonald I have ever been to. The workers there stick to the orders of operations without having other customers jump in the middle of their tasks. A guy quickly requested bbq sauce in the middle of a staff member attempting to give me my order. They respectfully told the man, * sir I will help you in a moment, please allow me to finish this gentleman's order. *
The folks here must be insanely stressed with the pretty much constant stream of drive through orders coming off the highway. Still were super sweet and polite though ::3

Embarrassing that they tried to pass off what they gave me as large fries. They “ran out” of the cardboard container, so they gave me this tiny paper bag written “large fries” on it. It was half filled and couldn’t have fit more than a medium fries worth at best.
Screw McDonalds for increasing their prices to begin with, but this is just highway robbery with shitty service attitude to add to it.

The food hasn't changed but spaciousness has diminished with fewer customers. Self service ordering is now in place, signifying the lack of live workers. It no longer seems like a place to gather.
