Man I used to get the chopped salad all the time. Got it to go today. No provolone cheese barely any salami. For $18 I got some chopped romaine 4 olives and some chickpeas. Wow!

Business lunch and sat outside on a beautiful sunny but chilly day. Wait staff were terrific and made sure we were comfy with nearby heat lamps. Service and food were both excellent. I highly recommend:)

Not on par with the better Italian restaurants for the food, but it's ok and the dining room feels open and pleasant looking out to the hills across the bay marsh even though apartment buildings are right across the water.
Service is pleasant and efficient, although not as helpful as they could be.
Stick with the pasta dishes for the best experience, but don't expect four or five star taste no matter what.

Went there with a group of about 6 people for dinner. The service was terrible. The waiter was not to be found after the food was brought to the table. Gave us the bill immediately after the meal, and had to track him down to order more drinks. Didn't ask us if we wanted dessert. The waiter took back the first bill and added the drinks to the second bill. However, he double-charged us for the drinks. Waiter or was it the restaurant policy? would not let us have more than one card used to pay the bill, even though other restaurants allow that service. Host staff was very accommodating to help with late arrivals for our party. Food was good but charging for bread was egregious. Service staff pick up the food too fast, taking back a half glass of wine while one of the diners went to that bathroom. The was the second visit to Piatti's with a large group and will not go back.

The atmosphere is lovely at Piatti's... my guest had never been before and was so impressed with the view. Food was delicious a little pricey but I'm trying to get used to $50 for lunch including a glass of wine!

The food and service were as expected, but Stephanie and Gina went above and beyond! My car broke down in the parking lot. After we ate, they made sure that the tow truck got my car to its final destination safely. Thank you all!

I'm always hopeful that the food will be more flavorful, but I always leave slightly disappointed. They get so close, but don't quite pull it off. We had a lovely server though and the ambience was pleasant.
