9:35 on Friday, not open. Hours are M-F 9-5

Great sandwiches, better eat on the spot than delivery as the sauce could quickly make it soggy.

How this place has 5 star reviews is beyond me. My fiance and I have placed two orders with them and each time was awful. Today's order was the worst we have ever encountered from any deli. We are never ordering from them again and we do not recommend them to anyone. Only giving 1 star as I can't post this review otherwise.
The first time we placed an order was on Friday a couple of months back, and we got 2 sandwiches. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly and were soggy by the time they got to us. Who puts a turkey sausage patty in a Cubano sandwich?! They altered their sandwich recipes because, per the note they put in the bag, "it was the end of the week and they were out of most ingredients." They were thoughtful enough to leave that note and give free chips and chocolate to compensate for that, although I wish they just contacted us and gave us a chance to modify our own order, because the sandwiches ended up being bad, so they along with the free stuff they gave went to waste as we don't eat Lays Chips and Hershey's chocolate bars.
Today, we ordered a Chicken Bahn Mi and a California Club. We had to throw away the bahn mi - it was DISGUSTING. The texture of it makes us believe that the chicken must have been canned. My fiance couldn't eat more than two bites while I had to spit out the one bite I took. The California Club was pretty much swimming in mayo. To add insult to injury, the order was delivered 40mins late (we received 2 delayed notifications from GrubHub).
Waste of money - take your business elsewhere.
It was pretty pathetic. I won't go back.

Terrible service.
The sandwiches are great. But I wish they'd get their act together. First time we ordered for pickup, the sandwiches weren't ready until half an hour past the pickup time, and we were on a schedule. Second time, we put together an order, then found out they don't bother to update their open times/days on Google, which said they were open Sunday and they're not.
My favorite spot in the Bay Area for brunch and coffee! owners are super nice, and go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience every time you walk in to their shop. In addition to the beautiful location, prices are convenient. They also offer healthy choices such as gluten free bread, and use quality ingredients. Highly recommend and will definitely be back !
Excellent quality salads and sandwiches made fresh. Made Quckly and generous portions

DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Placed a togo order last week, went to go pick it up and they were closed despite everything saying they're open. No one has answered the phone and I've been charged for two meals that I never got....emailed the place and got a response from someone saying they sold the business 7 months ago and are still using the previous owners email. Just a mess.
Restaurantji Recommends
The man making sandwiches is unmasked and was wearing a sweatshirt that said "I'm Transvaccinated. I'm not vaccinated but I identify as vaccinated."While everybody has the right to choose whether they want to be vaccinated, I do expect that unvaccinated person to wear a mask... Especially if they are preparing food at a restaurant. Beyond that, the public display of bigotry by making fun of trans people says to me that eating at this restaurant is not only a health risk but also disrespectful and exclusionary. Then there's the sandwiches. I could barely get through the cold chicken pesto with barely any chicken and old avocado. This place does the bare minimum from their staff all the way to their food.
Best sandwich shop in the area hands down. The Esther veggie sandwich is maybe the best veggie sandwich I’ve ever had, and all of them are phenom
Basic.
Had a phenomenal and hearty sandwich, made exactly to order by a very kind and patient gentleman. Would definitely recommend.
First off I can’t believe how on point my bagel with salmon was. It was loaded with salmon and the perfect balance of capers, red onion, cream cheese, and tomato. Staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. I’ll be getting breakfast here again next time I’m in town.
