I came here for Matcha drink 2 time and many more for another drink
For matcha drink First Matcha Dubai Chocolate they forget to put matcha so I came back and staff say sorry very polite that fine for me
And second time order Iced Banana Bread matcha they forget topping crunchy caramel sugar When I go ask the staff say sorry but the way she drop me sugar is like the photo
I mean please love your job and the way you make the drink
Order late than application say 5 mins And store not busy as I’m there since I place the order

Waited 10 minutes for them to heat up two pastries. There were more staff behind the counter yet than there were customers. Employees preferred to socialize with each other than to fill a simple order. Be prepared to wait.

Open at 5AM, smiling staff, quick turnaround on breakfast sandwiches, and dependable coffee. That's all I need from a Starbucks, and this one delivered.

I just have to say this Starbucks is like no other. I stated coming here when I moved here and would get my dad and I coffee eve day. He would come with me when he had the energy and the staff loved him. I told them this morning of his passing and as I cam in for my second cup of coffee for the day they handed me a card from the whole staff with condolences. my dad was an amazing man that touch people where ever he went. As the sadness comes in waves it’s been amazing to hear story’s of my dad and how he’s touched so many people. Thank you all for your love and support at this time.

They had a good take away set up here, so we stopped while we were out for a Sunday drive in Marin. The lattes were good, as expected.

Hard to say too much about any location of this ubiquitous chain, but this location is quite large and they have some unique furnishings - low slung chairs and a low slab table that runs down a portion of the place that makes it standout from the Starbucks crowd. The staff was pretty usual, efficient, but not memorable.
