Waited 10 minutes for them to heat up two pastries. There were more staff behind the counter yet than there were customers. Employees preferred to socialize with each other than to fill a simple order. Be prepared to wait.
I just have to say this Starbucks is like no other. I stated coming here when I moved here and would get my dad and I coffee eve day. He would come with me when he had the energy and the staff loved him. I told them this morning of his passing and as I cam in for my second cup of coffee for the day they handed me a card from the whole staff with condolences. my dad was an amazing man that touch people where ever he went. As the sadness comes in waves it’s been amazing to hear...
Hard to say too much about any location of this ubiquitous chain, but this location is quite large and they have some unique furnishings - low slung chairs and a low slab table that runs down a portion of the place that makes it standout from the Starbucks crowd. The staff was pretty usual, efficient, but not memorable.
