I used to live in Marin for many years and now live in Arizona. I was staying in Mill Valley for a few days on vacation and decided to try one of my old favorites, Stefano's. As I was on my own, did not order a whole pizza but instead a slice of pepperoni. It was horrible. There was literally no taste to it. The sauce was dry and the cheese had no flavor. On top of it, the young man who took my order was rude, like he was doing me a favor. The help has never been very nice at Stefanos nor at their other location I would go to in Corte Madera. Needless to say, I'll never be back. Too bad really.

Honestly this was my first time trying Stefano's and I am so happy I did. I'm a chiropractor down the street and this place was heavily recommended to me. This recommendation is for the wonderful, delicious, slice of pizza that I had from here. I try to look for a pizza place that uses healthy oils like olive oil and was told this place does! I had the classic pepperoni slice for almost $8 and was stoked to find out I get two slices with my order!!! That first bite into the pizza was delicious. If you're into the thin crust pizzas with just the right amount of flavor and crunch this place is for you. I will be back to order for events at the office and also maybe to sneak in a couple slices after work who knows. I ordered pizza for delivery. It was late, but they were still open for half an hour. They accepted my order and took my credit card information. The website said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Waited for and hour and a half but the pizza never came. Tried calling, but they didn't answer their phone. Wouldn't recommend getting delivery.

This place was great. The pizza was so delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If we weren't from Missouri we would frequent this place.
I don't know why people down rate this place. If you crave a traditional pizza joint pizza for a reasonable price this spot is awesome! No it's not a $28 for medium brick oven pizza type place like lots of places in MV are and it doesn't try to be. The best pizza places in NY are hole in the wall spots with barely any room to stand, this places comes close to the vibe and reflects what a good pizza spot should be when you get a craving for some basic, no "foo foo" pizza. Highly recommend this place. Or you can go to a "gourmet" pizza spot which uses same ingredients , but charges 2x the price. 2x the price doesn't mean 2x better or healthier. It's pizza at end of day.
