This place is amazing. The woman working there is kind and so efficient in handling all these orders that are each freshly made. She handles modifications like it’s no problem at all. Would definitely recommend for a delicious fresh healthy meal!

I come here almost too often with my fiancé. The staff are extremely polite! You can order with staff or if you see them making bowls in the back you can order directly on touchpad. Bowls are filling, flavorful and probably the best bowl in Marin!

This is my go to breakfast place which i frequent quite regularly. I really enjoy the delicious and healthy food and love all the options. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the various açaí bowls and wraps. My kids love the smoothies. We always have great experiences here.

Disappointing Experience at Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe, Mill ValleyI recently visited Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe in Mill Valley with my family, and I must say, our experience was deeply unsatisfying. Having been a patron of this establishment in the past, our latest visit was a stark contrast to the quality and service we had come to expect. Our order consisted of two açaí bowls and one smoothie, totaling a steep $62.66. Given the price, our expectations for quality and quantity were understandably high. However, the bowls were predominantly filled with açaí, lacking in the assortment of ingredients like bananas, goji berries, and almond butter, which are essential for a fulfilling bowl. When we sought to address this with a simple request for a small side of blueberries, we were charged an additional $0.75, which felt like nickel-and-diming in the context of our already expensive order. This was the first red flag. The real disappointment came when we approached the staff with our concerns. Instead of understanding and accommodating our request for a more balanced bowl, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The response that they "portion everything out" and there was "nothing they could do" was not only unhelpful but also showed a lack of customer care. It's disheartening to see how a once-favored local spot has declined. Driving 20 minutes with the expectation of enjoying what used to be delightful and refreshing bowls, only to be let down, was frustrating. The lack of flexibility and apparent indifference to customer satisfaction were the final nails in the coffin for us.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe in Mill Valley. What was once a go-to place for a healthy and satisfying meal is now a symbol of overpriced and underwhelming service. Save your time and money; there are other establishments that value their customers and understand the essence of good service and quality food.

Sooo disappointing. This place used to be our go-to! We drove all the way out here from the east bay today just for our family to be so bummed. The açaí bowls are tasting super bland and no longer delicious and worth the money. We got 2 bowls and a smoothie (vitality bowl, superfood bowl and pina colada smoothie) totaling $60! The toppings are minimal now and the açaí blend is so bland it is actually not good. So, we approached the lady at the counter to ask her and she said they changed the portions for the recipes... and that there is nothing she could do. Wow... won't be coming back. This place lost a lot of business by losing us and our family as well as our good word we used to spread...

Average flavor bowl. Cheap single use utensils didn't make it that easy to eat either.

I came in yesterday for the first time. Nobody else there. I made a remark about being there for the first time. She all but rolled her eyes. Okay. I’ll put her down as unenthusiastic about her job as I probably would be. The bowl I got was good. Prices are crazy but I think that every time I eat.

I love acai bowls and vitality bowls make the best ones! So sad the SF location closed down, but the drive all the way out to Mill Valley was so worth it to taste the best acai bowls again! I stick the Vitality Bowls, which is your basic one with standard toppings such as bananas, strawberries, granola. However, they offer other bases such as pitaya, and graviola. I definitely will be back to try other acai bowl combinations!

It was me and my boyfriend's first experience at Vitality Bowls. I usually love acai but this acai bowl was just okay (they really cheaped out on the bee pollen). The service and attitude of the lady who was taking the order was not okay at all. She raised her voice at my boyfriend for not making an immediate decision and for being soft-spoken. Not even a minute after order placement, she shooed us off from the counter as we were looking at the in-store menu to see if there was anything worth ever coming back for (even after pre-food tipping).Overall, I don't ever want to go back because the lady was rude and rushing our first experience when the place was not busy. This was not worth it for some mediocre acai that is not even customizable.

Really great açaí bowls. The tropical bowl is the best. My only complaint is that is is VERY EXPENSIVE. They definitely should lower the prices a little bit.

I love vitality bowls, but for some reason this location has the worst service. Several times I've tried to place an order by phone (the app usually doesn't work) and have been placed on hold for upwards of 30 minutes, then when I walk in to order in person the employees are standing around doing nothing / the restaurant is empty which shows they just ignore my call. Hope they can figure this customer service problem soon as I do love the other locations.

Not the same quality as the ones in Southern California. Got a green bowl and it was decent but overpriced for the quality up here. Also they told me it would be a 15 min wait for my bowl but ended up being double that.Won’t come again to this location

The cafe is a good place to stop by and grab a cup of coffee and tasty healthy bite. Try their matcha latte and an avocado toast!
