They know what they’re doing! The Hainan chicken is tender and full of flavor, and I loved that they serve it with an egg roll and peanuts, but it actually works. The Knife Cut Noodles weren’t as spicy as advertised, but they were still tasty. Staff were friendly and quick. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a satisfying, no-fuss meal.

We have been looking for as authentic as possible of the Hainan Chicken we grew up on and can still find in Asia. We came across this place and thought we’d give them a try. We were wowed. Nothing fancy. Just straightforward good food. Service is brisk but friendly. My wife and I visited this restaurant for the 1st time on a Wednesday before noon in mid-July 2025 because of a recommendation from her boss who liked the Hainan chicken rice. We walked into a clean, near-empty dining room, but minutes later, 90% of the tables were taken. My wife decided on a seafood noodle soup with noodles made with fish paste.
