I and my friend ordered bagels from Too good to go app. Before we went there, I thought they would give me a random bag as we got a big discount using that app.
But when I asked the staff if I could choose flavor, he let me choose some and I'm grateful for that.
I don't think I was supposed to be choosing flavor but anyway they gave us a favor and the bagel tasted so good!

This place is one of the main attractions for begel/breakfast or lunch people. They have a variety of bagels with different options. I myself love plain toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side. As soon as you walk in, the friendly employee will smile and be ready to help you. If you're familiar with downtown Millbrae, you will learn how blessed we are to enjoy family-oriented businesses. These kinds of small businesses The ambiance is effortless and casual, but very clean. I made a small clip to share with you all. This place closes at 2 or 3pm. The service was OK. They didn’t really do anything, but they still helped me which I love cause that always has a little bit of effort to work and the food was amazing. I’ve had a sandwich and I also have ordered a bunch of their bagels, which are very tasty. My favorite is the pepper nickel, and the atmosphere is great.

They got iHeart radio jams that help with concentration, charger 🔌 power outlets, wifi, water, the best coffee ☕️ and a bathroom
I was really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I had to stand and wait for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and not once did I receive a simple greeting or apology for the delay. It's frustrating to feel completely ignored, especially when you're trying to get assistance. A little courtesy and respect for your customers' time would go a long way. I hope they improve their customer service approach in the future customer.
