The service was OK. They didn’t really do anything, but they still helped me which I love cause that always has a little bit of effort to work and the food was amazing. I’ve had a sandwich and I also have ordered a bunch of their bagels, which are very tasty. My favorite is the pepper nickel, and the atmosphere is great.

They got iHeart radio jams that help with concentration, charger 🔌 power outlets, wifi, water, the best coffee ☕️ and a bathroom
I was really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I had to stand and wait for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and not once did I receive a simple greeting or apology for the delay. It's frustrating to feel completely ignored, especially when you're trying to get assistance. A little courtesy and respect for your customers' time would go a long way. I hope they improve their customer service approach in the future customer.

The associate the took out order was not very personable. We ordered the pizza bagel and the cheese was not melted and cold in the middle.
