Inattentive workers with zero customer service. The number of customers lost who were tired of waiting is not good for business. Took my business down the street to Tea Hut instead. Please do better.
they increased the price so much!! i ordered the same drink and it was around 8 dollars. now it's 11 dollars which is crazy. drink is authentic but overpriced.
My favorite dessert spot ever. You will have to see the amount of points in my reward account to understand my love for this store. Whenever I walked in the store, the coconut milk fragrance brought me right back to Vietnam. Chè is my fav dessert, so I am so happy that this store make chè in a pretty authentic way to make me feel less homesick.
This exact Bambu in Milbrae is my fav. I think they make the dessert better than the other location near Stonestown Galleria in SF. My go-to order is number 10 Bambu Special or something like that. The chewy pandan jelly and the red water chestnut jelly in number 10 is the best combo 🤤🤤
Tasty vietnamese desserts. Staff are knowledgeable about how to make items vegan and many things are automatically vegan. Got the red bean trio which was really tasty, liked the different textures. The pandan jelly was good and not artificial tasting at all. The taro in it added a nice creaminess. Also got the choco banana smoothie with soymilk which was good.
Wonderful boba spot. Just got a regular green tea to take a meeting and attend a virtual class. Really great wifi and strong tea.
Very good drinks (ordered nbr 6)better than others in the Bay Area
If u like not so sweet desserts and drinks, this is the place to be. We ordered the ube, pandon, and matcha waffles. You can really taste the tea in the matcha. All were very good and light in sweetness. I had a fruit addict drink. Very refreshing. Cute little atmosphere, friendly customer service, the parking is a bit tight. I've gone in there twice. Very low key area.
Bad customer service ! Can’t even talk to the supervisor or the manager … they just don’t care about their Customer … stay away!!
I ordered black sugar milk tea and expected something similar to the image on their menu. This is what I actually got. It just tastes like regular old tea with some milk in it. Very disappointed.
I love the smashed avocado. I just hate that the parking is difficult

My favorite always
Love the mochi waffle. Not too sweet and the texture is chewy with a good crunch. Very friendly service too.

Super yummy gluten free pandan mochi waffle, taro milk and mixed berry macaron! Will come back for more snacks. Also, there's always somewhere to sit even with it's not the biggest place. The teenager at the cashier seemed a little lost, but maybe it was her first day :)
Dietary restrictions: The mochi waffles are gluten free and delicious!

Chè isn’t overly sweet, which I love, and it’s perfect for those who prefer their desserts less sugary. My friend and I tried numbers 2 (bambu combo) and 4 (summer delight) from the menu. They might not be the most popular choices, but they were still really good. The flavors were authentic and satisfying. The place has a good vibe, making it a nice spot to chill and enjoy some dessert.
