If you're a kid you're going to get everything you like and more!Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible through anything on the first floor with multiple ramps.

I went inside this ice cream parlor in search of my favorite comfort food.....coffee & chocolate ice cream. I asked the young lady for coffee and chocolate ice cream, and she said they don't have that. So I asked for a scoop of each, and put it in a cup. Boy, their scoops are small at this place. Then she asked:- do you want a cover?- do you want a bag?- do you want a spoon? - do you want a receipt?I paid my $6.99, and I was out the door. I probably will not come back.Free parking

Ice cream is always good but how do you have frozen whipped cream??? Was no one doing inventory or QA. I know not a big thing. But when you're craving and they still charge you for a sundae just doesn't seem right.

Super convenient location in Millbrae downtown. Frequent here when taking kids to Paris baguette next door on hot days. They offer cute combinations for kids (dolphins, unicorns etc). Icecream is okay. The shop has a small seating area inside. The shop itself needs some TLC though. The checkout machine sometimes is broken. Will be nice to have some cash here just in case. Check out machine sometimes could also be slow. They have limited people working here so line could be long if you get here at the wrong time on a hot day. Service is friendly though.

I brought my niece and nephew here yesterday after school to cool down a bit. The young lady working, Alicia, was so incredibly sweet! My nephew is obsessed with dinosaurs and I asked her if I could possibly get his scoop in the new trex cups they have and she said yes of course! She even offered him a little t-Rex crown (think of old school Burger King paper crowns!) and he was over the moon! She offered my niece one as well since they have a variety! She was so patient and so nice with everyone else who came into the shop as well. They’ve always been super nice to me here! Definitely will keep coming back!

I had the worst experience at Baskin-Robbins Milbrea today. They do not have a good customer service and the person who’s working he refused to give me his manager number so I could call and complain.

They have improved their service and the quality of the products, there is a somewhat limited variety of tastes. The prices are affordable, the place is very clean and they accept different payment methods.

I ordered a custom cake on August 31st to pick up on 09/4/2022 @ 11am. Mind you this was labor day weekend and the streets were closed off. It took me forever to find parking and showed up at 12. The young lady behind the counter told me my cake wasn't ready and the cake decorator wasn't there and would be back at 2pm. My party was at 1pm. She told me to purchase another cake at a discount and at this point I was desperate for a cake since the one I thought would be ready, wasn't. I purchased another cake and left. I get home 30 minutes later for them to call me that the cake was ready. I told them I couldn't pick it up because my party had already started. Long story short, I've called them everyday to get the money reversed for the initial cake I had purchased and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK, NOR DID I GET A REFUND! Is this the way you do business?
A quick stop after dinner for some ice cream on a warm night. Flavors were good and we enjoyed our cups out in the car.

if you're going to be a manager YOU should have people skills. the manager here is very rude, her tone of voice and attitude do not reflect someone who should be working with customers yet alone in charge of a store. she lacks mannerism. If you're not happy with your job, please don't take it out on your customers. DO BETTER and BE BETTER.

The boss is mean and stingy. Someone was scooping my ice cream and she yelled at her employee for giving me too much, so I ended up with a kids scoop instead of a regular scoop. It was poor customer service and I felt bad for the employee, she looked scared, so I tried to stay as calm as possible for the poor girl's sake.

Baskin Robbins is the perfect place to stop by for a scoop of your favorite ice cream or ice cream cake. I had this location make a birthday cake for my 2 year old son with a card theme. They did a great job with it and customer service was great. They answered all the question I had and kept me update on the pick up.

You can't normally go wrong with a BK ice-cream. The store in Millbrae had a good selection and the service was friendly, my scoop of Butter Pecan was delicious and cost $3.89 there are seats in store or there are benches outside on the sidewalk if you want some fresh air.
